Before working at Alliance Architects, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
Crabbing.

What advice would you give to recent new hires?
Take the d*^@ headphones off!  You can learn a lot from the conversations going on around you.  Leaders having discussions with clients, consultants, etc. are valuable to young architects and new hires.

What are the three career lessons you’ve learned thus far?
Knowledge is key.  Work hard, play hard.  Family before work.

Best advice you have received while at Alliance Architects?
Walk, don’t run.

What is your favorite quote?

What is your idea of a “perfect day”?
A day spent with my wife, Mary, and my two boys, Joshua and Matthew.

Spitting bubbles.
