Measurable growth and productivity.

What are the three career lessons you’ve learned thus far?
Never compromise your values.  Communication is key to any team’s success.  Humility goes a long way.

What are your hopes for our industry?
I hope to see more recycled material and sustainable green buildings.

When you retire, what are you going to do?
Volunteer and work with military veterans.

What is your greatest achievement?
Raising my son. It’s been the hardest, yet most rewarding aspect of my life.

People would be surprised if they knew:
I once rescued a baby opossum before finding an Opossum Rehab Facility (yes, there really is such a thing!); I don’t recommend raising a baby opossum.

What is your hidden talent?
I paint murals for children’s rooms and play spaces.  I love to make homemade jelly in the summer.
